yes it does. Tropez and Capri sound much better. Bora sound like 'borak borak' .. meaning talking cock in malay.
owners of capri...When we bought it was a beautiful name and now changed to Bora residence...pls help feedback to your agents through email to change the name or retain the name. Bora Bora is a beautiful island but not Bora...Bora is an indian city.....pls gather forces and help sway the decision of developer with me.
Am I the only one that thinks Bora Residences is a bad name?

But some will pronounce as "Bo lah"

Fuly agree. Capri is a beautiful name just like tropez - precious stones. Bora really sounds awful. dont understand why is there a change of name - copyright infringement?
not precious stones la! that's topaz. Capri & tropez are famous holiday destinations. So is bora bora , actually. but somehow just 'bora' alone seems weird.
I thought it means Best Of Retirement Asset. No?

Just got marketing mass email abt BORA (T) residence, Agent claims from 900-1000 psf after all discount. Have DIBS, stamp, legal, loan legal, foreigner levy all absorbed by developer.....
My agent told me that the developer is giving 15% rebate instead of 10% now.
Any1 bought?so many unit unsold?its been so many month already.price I got from agent is 15% but it was increase to $1200-$1300+ psf before 15%,old price I know is ard $1100-$1200 psf b4 the old 10%.
if you like it, why don't you buy it when its completed? the way I see it, this project smells like a abandoned project in the making. if they do finish building all the towers, my bet is that there will be many unsold units. still in time to buy.
if I am wrong and it does sell out, dun hafta worry. still have lots of projects coming up. Capital land, Vantage Bay, etc... got money no scat cannot buy. JB isn't SG.
If a project is still 50% unsold after 1 year+ of launch, it is quite a risky situation for both developer and owners. Likely that the project is over-priced or the area is over-supplied.
you mean capri / bora. won't la. tropicana quite strong. will finish one. but i agree with you, jb not sg. jb not even KL. there will always be other development to buy, iskandar so much land. just maybe in future location is further away, that's all.
Aiyo just clarify with agent, only selling tower A............. i should say still selling tower A for SO LONG after launch..... i think launch in Dec last year
